If you have not made any payment, momdishes’ liability shall be limited to a maximum of US$100.

Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees, unless the arbitrator determines that a party’s position was frivolous or made in bad faith, in which case the prevailing party may be awarded reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, momdishes may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized use of the Site.
These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or conduct that we deem harmful to the Site or its users. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease, and you must destroy any downloaded or printed copies of the Site’s content.
